Planning a trip can bring up a lot of questions, and we're here to help! Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common inquiries about our tailor-made travel services, booking process, pricing, and more.   • Do you offer both domestic and international travel?
    Yes! With ‘Discover the Belgium,’ we focus on unique experiences within Belgium, while ‘Discover the World’ provides personalized international trips.
  • Do I need to book a full travel package, or can I just get travel advice?
    You have the flexibility to choose! I can arrange a fully planned trip or provide you with a tailor-made travel itinerary and recommendations. If you wished the last one. We ask 75 euros/session for this. One session lasts 60 minutes.
  • What makes your travel approach unique?
    We create fully customized travel experiences tailored to your preferences. No standard packages—only unique, personalized journeys!
  • How do I start planning a trip?
    You can either fill out an intake form or schedule an online or in-person consultation to discuss your travel preferences.
  • How far in advance should I book my trip?
    It depends on the destination and type of trip. For long-haul journeys, we recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance, while shorter trips may require only a few weeks.
  • Can I make changes after booking?
    Depending on the travel provider and booking terms, modifications may be possible. We will do our best to assist with any necessary changes.
  • How does payment work?
    Payment options vary depending on the travel arrangements and providers. This will be clearly discussed when you receive your quote.
  • Are there any additional costs outside of the quote?
    We aim for full transparency. Any additional costs will only arise if you decide to add extra services or experiences.
  • Do you handle visa and travel documents?
    We provide guidance on visa and passport requirements, but the application process is the traveler’s responsibility.
  • What happens if something goes wrong during my trip?
    We remain available for support, and we work with trusted local partners to assist in case of emergencies.
  • Can I arrange travel insurance through you?
    We always recommend having travel insurance. We can help you choose the best option that suits your trip.
  • How do you incorporate sustainability into travel planning?
    We collaborate with eco-friendly providers and create travel experiences that respect local cultures and the environment.
